the room was spacious and clean, but the wifi was very unreliable.

The hotel staff was polite and incredibly nice. The venue has particularly good and magnificent location near a great Mexican restaurant as well as the lake. Also, the hotel was placed 1 mile from touristic place like Douglas County Museum.

Location just next door to a great Mexican restaurant, several eateries, and the lake. Also, in the Ava area.

The towel quality was a pleasant surprise, bright, white, and soft! The room had a weird vinegar smell, and my key stopped working, so annoying 😕

Upon arrival, the smell in the room was off-putting, reminiscent of something damp and musty. The cleanliness left much to be desired. There were dirty sheets and remnants on the fold-out couch. During a multi-night stay, housekeeping only attended to towel changes, ignoring deeper cleanliness issues like a filthy carpet. A sign indicated no hot water for part of the stay, with an ice machine that delivered nothing, showcasing a lack of maintenance throughout the hotel.

The pillows were AMAZING! I thought about swiping one.

Unfortunately, the wifi was a major disappointment . Despite receiving the login info, the network frequently disappeared was good. When I mentioned this to the clerk, she said there was nothing that could be done, which left us quite frustrated, especially since we needed it for navigation. This lack of reliable connectivity was a real inconvenience for us.

Good intentions, flawed execution

The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful , with asuper clean and cozy environment.

Management was unresponsive to issues , resulting in an overall frustrating experience .
